About Toprato — and the rule behind every empty cell
Reviewed: 12.10.2026
Toprato is an independent comparison service. It publishes three tables — 239 AI models, 352 clinics in Dubai and 35 new-build developments in the UAE — built from primary sources, each with its own check date. Where a figure is not confirmed, the cell stays empty.
The most useful cell in a comparison table is often the empty one. An empty cell here does not mean free, and it does not mean no — it means the figure was not confirmed by a primary source, and nothing was put in its place.
That rule is why this page exists. It sets out what the three tables cover, where every figure was taken from, when each one was last checked, and the questions Toprato refuses to answer.
Three sections are live today
Three sections are open to readers today. Below is the size of each one and a direct link into it.
- AI models: 239 models from 41 vendors in the AI model table — price, context window and capabilities in one row.
- Clinics in Dubai: 352 clinics across 15 districts in the Dubai clinic directory, of which 51 work around the clock.
- New-build homes: 35 developments — 23 in Dubai, 8 in Abu Dhabi, 4 in Sharjah — in the UAE new-build ranking, with entry prices from $266K to $8.99M and handover dates running from 2026 to 2030.
More sections are in preparation. No names and no dates for them here: a section is described once it is live, not before.
How a table gets built
A figure gets into a table only from the source that owns it: the vendor's own price list, the developer's page, the public record. Nothing is estimated. If that source does not confirm a figure, we leave the cell empty.
Where each figure is taken from
- AI prices — the vendors' own price lists, not resellers and not aggregators. Standard-tier prices in USD; batch, caching and off-peak discounts stay out of the headline figure, and the context window is the maximum the vendor states.
- Clinic data — public information from Google Places, assembled by the editorial team.
- New-build figures — developers' own pages and the Dubai Land Department register.
We re-read 29 vendor price-list pages in October 2026. Five vendors publish no price at all, and another three keep it behind a login. That is where part of the empty cells come from.
Dollar amounts carry a dirham equivalent at the fixed peg of 1 USD = 3.6725 AED — indicative, not a rate quoted by a provider.
What an empty cell actually means
An empty cell means one thing: no primary source confirmed that figure. It is not free and it is not no. An estimate never goes in place of a missing fact.
Order is a rule, not a verdict
There is no single Toprato ranking. Each table has its own ordering rule, that rule is written on the section page itself, and none of the three is a judgement of quality.
- Clinics are ordered by public Google data, and nothing else. It is not an editorial ranking and not a verdict on anyone's medicine, and there are no commercial ties with the facilities listed. The full rule is on the ordering rule on the clinic page.
- New-build projects are compared on five criteria: the developer's track record, entry price against the community, how realistic the handover date is, the terms of the payment plan, and the fundamentals of the location. There is no numeric score.
- The AI table is ordered by the reader. Sort it by price, by context window or by capability, and the top row changes with the question you asked.
A row's position follows from the rule of its table. It is not a judgement of the organisation in that row.
How a review is verified
A review is published only after the address behind it is confirmed.
- The author leaves an email.
- They enter a one-time code sent to that address.
- They give a star rating and write the text.
The address is never shown on the review card. A public reply can be posted underneath, so a disputed detail gets an answer where the reader found it.
There are no accounts and no registration here — the code in the email takes their place.
A separate widget, "Rate this page", collects an anonymous score for the page itself: no text, no address. What may be published is set out in the terms for user-submitted content.
What Toprato is not
The quickest way to misuse this site is to read a table as advice. Toprato is a table and a rule for building it — not a register, not a recommendation, not a verdict on quality.
- The clinic directory is not medical advice. It does not rate treatment and does not recommend a doctor. A licence, the doctor's and the clinic's, is checked in the DHA "Sheryan" register, not here.
- The new-build table is not investment advice. It compares projects, it does not recommend a purchase. Entry prices and handover dates change, and transactions are recorded by the Dubai Land Department.
- Toprato is not an official register and gives no legal advice. Presence in a table is not an endorsement or a guarantee.
For any health concern consult a licensed physician, and in an emergency dial 998 for an ambulance.
Prices quoted in the clinic texts are 2026 market ranges, not directory data, and insurance networks are not in the dataset.
Found an error?
Write to [email protected]. One address covers the whole site.
Three things make a correction quick:
- the page address;
- the row or cell in question;
- a link to the primary source that confirms the right figure.
Without that link the figure stays as it is.
A company listed in a table writes to the same address, to correct its own row or to arrange a public reply to a review. The contact page has the detail; the platform FAQ covers what comes up first.
Who makes it
The pages are put together by the Toprato editorial team, in house.
The work is plainer than the word "editorial" suggests:
- re-reading vendor price lists;
- collecting public Google Places data;
- checking developer pages against official listings;
- deciding what cannot be confirmed yet.
That last part is the job. An empty cell is a decision someone made, not a gap left by a feed.
How the site is paid for
Reading Toprato costs nothing. Where a “Visit site” or “Register” button carries a code identifying Toprato, the provider can see the visit came from us, and we may be paid a commission if you go on to use the service. The rating pages are free to read because of that.
Following such a link takes you to another company's site, where its terms and its privacy policy apply, not ours. We learn only that a click happened and, from the partner, whether it led to a signup — as a count, not as a named person.
We never pass your email address, your review text or your messages to a partner, and what that means for your data is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Every figure carries a date
Each section has its own check date, and it is written on the section itself, not only here. The three dates are months apart.
- AI models: the section says it plainly — "Prices from official vendor price lists · October 2026".
- Clinics in Dubai: checked on 29 July 2026. The section warns that prices, opening hours and phone numbers may have changed since.
- Buying a new-build: the guide carries "Reviewed: 18.09.2026".
The AI section is revisited once a month, and outside that cycle when a vendor ships a version or changes a tariff. No cycle is promised for the other two: when they are re-checked, the new date appears on the section.
The date on a table outranks the date on this page.
Toprato in short
- Three sections are live: 239 AI models, 352 clinics in Dubai, 35 new-build developments in the UAE.
- An empty cell means "not confirmed by a primary source" — not no, and not free.
- There is no single ranking: each table has its own ordering rule, and order is not a judgement of quality.
- Every section has its own check date, written on the section.
- A wrong figure is corrected by email to [email protected], with the page address and a link to the source.
Before using any figure from a table, look at the date on it — each section carries its own.
Answers to the questions that come up most often sit on the FAQ page; how to reach the editorial team is on the contact page.
