Contact Toprato: what to send, and where it goes

You found a price in a Toprato table that does not match the vendor's own page. One address covers everything on this site, and it takes corrections to a table, requests from listed companies, questions about a review and questions about personal data.

A request stands or falls on the source it points at. Each section names one primary source, and we check a correction against it.

Below: what to put in each kind of message, where it goes — and which requests a table cannot take at all.

Write to [email protected]. A correction works when the message carries its proof: the link to the source matters more than the wording.

Four things belong in the message:

• the address of the page and the name of the row;
• which field is wrong;
• what it should say instead;
• a link to the primary source that section accepts.

Which source counts, table by table

• AI models — the vendor's own price list for the AI model table: not a reseller, not an aggregator.
• UAE new builds — the developer's page or an official listing for the UAE new-build table.
• Dubai clinics — the facility's Google Places record for the Dubai clinics table.

Toprato turns down a reseller price even when that is the price you paid: the method sets which source counts, however believable a figure looks. The three tables hold 239 AI models from 41 vendors, 352 clinics in Dubai and 35 new-build projects; how each table is built covers the rest.

A company corrects its own row by the same rule as everyone else: with a link to its official page or price list. For a representative that is the shortest route — the company's own page is already the accepted source.

It helps if the message comes from an address on the company's own domain — that is what lets the editorial team match the message to the row. A correction from a personal mailbox arrives with nothing that ties it to the listing.

Where a button carries a Toprato code, a commission may be earned, and the rating pages are free to read because of that. The detail is in how the site is paid for.

Reviews that mention the company run on a different mechanism.

A review is tied to the address it was sent from. There are no accounts on this site: a review is confirmed with a one-time code sent to that email, and the address is never shown in the review card.

That is what separates the two routes. A company that objects to a review can have a public reply posted under it — the default route here. A genuine review is not removed because the company disagrees with it.

To raise something about a review you left yourself, write from the same address the review was sent from. There is no other way to match a review to the person who wrote it.

The privacy policy lists what the site collects:

• what you type into a review or an email;
• what your browser sends on every visit;
• the campaign tags a link carried.

The email address behind a review is the only piece that points back to a person, and it is never shown in the review card.

A request about your own data is answered within 30 days. It is open to any reader, regardless of country: no proof of residence, no reference to a statute. Send it to the same address.

The privacy policy and the privacy agreement set out what each of the three is used for.

A request can be reasonable and still be one the tables cannot take. A correction changes a figure that contradicts the source its section names, or one that has gone stale.

Each section carries its own date:

• AI prices — dated October 2026.
• Clinics data — checked on 29 July 2026.
• Buying guide — marked Reviewed 18.09.2026.

Three things a correction does not change

• A position in a table. The Dubai clinics are ordered by public Google data: not an editorial ranking and not a judgement on medical quality, and there are no commercial ties with the listed facilities.
• An empty cell filled in with an estimate. Empty means the fact is not confirmed by a primary source — not “no” and not “free”.
• A genuine review taken down because a company disagrees with it. The public reply is the route.

A price that looks wrong is sometimes a conversion: dollar amounts carry a dirham equivalent at the fixed peg of 1 USD = 3.6725 AED.

Toprato is a directory, not a register — a doctor's or a clinic's licence is checked in the DHA “Sheryan” register. And this address is not an emergency line: in the UAE the ambulance number is 998.
