Toprato FAQ: where every number comes from and when it was checked

Toprato compares three things today: 239 AI models from 41 vendors, 352 clinics and hospitals across 15 Dubai districts, and 35 new-build projects in the UAE. Every answer below names the source behind the figure and the date that section was last checked.

A table said a Dubai clinic is open at night. The fair question is who checked that, and when. Each of the three sections carries its own primary source and its own check date, and one of those dates is noticeably older than the other two.

What follows is fifteen answers, one for each doubt a first visit raises: where the data comes from, who decides the order of the rows, whether the reviews are real, who pays for a site that charges nothing, and what happens when a number turns out to be wrong.

What Toprato covers — and what it does not do

What can you compare on Toprato today?

Three tables, and nothing else in the navigation. The AI model table holds 239 models from 41 vendors. The Dubai clinic directory lists 352 clinics and hospitals across 15 districts, 51 of them open around the clock. The UAE new-build ranking covers 35 projects. Those three sections are the whole site today; links to all of them sit at the foot of this page.

Is Toprato only about the UAE?

Partly. The AI model table is global — 41 vendors. The clinic directory covers Dubai only, across 15 districts. The new-build ranking covers 23 projects in Dubai, 8 in Abu Dhabi and 4 in Sharjah, entry prices from $266K to $8.99M, handover 2026–2030. Dollar figures carry a dirham equivalent at the fixed peg, 1 USD = 3.6725 AED, an indicative conversion rather than a provider's quote.

Can you book or buy anything through Toprato?

No. Toprato sells nothing, books nothing and quotes nothing, and there is no account to open. A button next to a row takes you to the company's own page. Check a doctor's or a clinic's licence in the DHA Sheryan register, not here. The prices written into the clinic section are 2026 market ranges, not directory data, and insurance networks are outside the dataset.

Where the numbers come from

Which source counts as the primary one for each table?

The source closest to the fact, and never an aggregator. AI prices and context windows come from the vendors' own price lists — 29 of them, which we re-read in October 2026, with resellers and aggregators left out. The in-house editorial team assembles clinic hours and ratings from public Google Places data. New-build prices, handover dates and unit types come from developer pages and official listings.

Why can a figure here differ from the one on the provider's own page?

Because the table shows one defined version of the figure. An AI price is the headline rate: USD, standard tier, with batch, caching and off-peak discounts left out, and the context window is the maximum the vendor claims. The clinic section carries a single check date, 29 July 2026, and warns on the page that prices, hours and phone numbers may have changed since.

Does Toprato ever estimate a value to fill a blank cell?

Never. A blank cell means the fact is not confirmed by a primary source — it is not "no" and it is not "free". The new-build section states it outright: estimates are not substituted. The gaps have named causes. Five vendors publish no price list at all, and three more keep the price behind a login, so those cells stay empty rather than guessed.

How do you tell when a table was last checked?

Each section carries its own date, and the three do not match. The AI table heads its prices with October 2026 and refreshes once a month and out of cycle, whenever a vendor ships a version or changes a tier. The clinic directory was checked on 29 July 2026, the oldest of the three. The new-build buying guide is marked Reviewed: 18.09.2026.

How the order of rows works

What decides which row sits at the top?

Three tables, three different rules. Clinics are ordered by the Google rating together with the review count. New-builds follow five criteria: the developer's track record, the entry price against the community, how realistic the handover date is, the payment plan terms, and the fundamentals of the location. The AI table is a specification sheet — the reader sets the order by sorting the column that matters.

Does a top row mean Toprato recommends it?

No. Toprato puts no score of its own on any row. The new-build section states there is no numeric score; the clinic directory says it is not an editorial ranking and not a judgement on anyone's medicine. Market figures in the new-build section come from the Dubai Land Department register, quoted as registry data rather than as a Toprato forecast.

Reviews and accounts

Who can leave a review, and what gets checked?

Anyone with an email address that can take a one-time code. The code arrives by email and confirms the address before the stars and the text go live. We never show that address on the review card. The company named in the row can post a public reply under the review.

Do you need an account on Toprato?

No. The site has no accounts and no login in the header, and a review needs only the one-time code sent to your email address. The separate "Rate this page" widget is anonymous: it scores the page you are on, by its address, and has nothing to do with any company in a table.

How the site is paid for

How is a site that is free to read paid for?

Where a button carries a code identifying Toprato, the provider can see where the visit came from, and a commission may follow if you go on to use the service. That is what keeps the pages free to read; the About page carries the same disclosure in its section How the site is paid for.

What does a provider see when you follow a Visit site button?

That the visit came from Toprato — nothing about you by name. Where a button carries a Toprato code, the provider sees the referral, and what comes back is a count of clicks and signups, not a named person. Your email address, your review text and your messages are never passed to a provider.

Reporting a wrong entry

A number is wrong — what happens after you report it?

Write to [email protected] with the address of the page, the row you mean and a link to the source showing the correct figure. The link matters: it is what lets the entry be checked against a primary source. Questions about your own data get an answer within 30 days, and no other deadline is promised anywhere on the site.

Your company is listed and the entry is wrong — what can you ask for?

A correction to the entry, and a public reply under any review of your company. Both start with the same email to [email protected], and the Contacts page keeps a separate section for listed companies that says what to attach. For the clinic directory, Toprato states plainly that it has no commercial ties with the listed institutions.

Where to go next

If the answer you came for is not among the fifteen above, the section page is the faster route: each one carries its own methodology, its own check date and its own ordering rule. Everything else goes to one address, [email protected] — the only contact the site publishes.

Check the date on the section before you use a figure, and read a blank cell as unconfirmed — not as zero and not as free.
